The only problem with that is, the $75 - $100 jackets are mass produced in a factory or by a room full of seamstresses in China. I don't know if there's that kind of market out there for short sportcoats to make mass production worthwhile. Although, I suppose someone with connections in Pakistan might be able to swing something.
You might find that it would be cheaper to buy a new $75 sportcoat and take it to a tailor or an alterations shop and have them do it for you.
