Sorry, I can't help you out there. It's been a long time since I was ever accused of being cool (if ever). The coolest thing I do is wear a kilt at times.

NYC is only a few (okay 4 ) hours away so be sure to head on up for Tartan Week & all the other festivities the east coast has to offer!!!

ONLY! That's too funny. I'm in the middle of Texas right now... I drive 3 or 4 hrs to go ANYwhere!
Thanks for the welcome, all. I should be there as soon as house sale is rounded up... about a month. Change happens so slowly, then all of a sudden, I haven't enough time!

Around here we consider a drive of more than 30 minutes too far to travel!!
I forget that people in the world outside of NYC sometimes have to drive REAL distances!
I know what you mean about things happening slowly then all of a sudden. I waited around for almost a year for news of a big life change & then had less than 30 days to sell off/pack up EVERYTHING and change countries - heading off into tyhe great unknown wiith only a job & a place to stay for 1 month and one friend in the area... can you say stressful?!?!?

Good luck on the relationship. Remember to breath in deeply when confronted by the cagey and numerous "Baltimorons" The good news is that Virginia is near by.

Have you ever been that far East, man? It’s a whole ‘nother country.
Good luck.
