I know our good friend Ewan with the Glengarry Bhoys would love to wear his CCKilts on stage, he got so use to it over the years of piping in pipe and drums and with his own band he recently left . I'm not sure but I don't think the bands leader Graham wants to be labeled as a kilt band. ......
ETH might want to take a good look at 7Nations.
They have had as good a run at the BIG leagues as anyone.
They played on PBS radio and pop stations.
They did a few House of Blues Tours.
If you look at their schedule for this year, they would be sitting at home if it wasn't for pubs, Irish fests, and Scottish games.
Often when they lose the kilts to open up to a wider audience they also seem to lose their way musically.
I haven't bought a 7Naitons cd since they went Pop 5 years ago.
But I have a full collection of cd's and mp3's I have purchased from plenty of kilted bands.
