Enter the Haggis gave up kilts?

I was shocked when I saw that Black 47 was OPENING for 7Nations at a show here in VA next week (not at a pub, scottish event, or the like either).

Are they going to change their name too? It seems to me that the word "Haggis" is more overtly Celtic than the fact that they wear kilts onstage. And what about the pipes?

I don't listen to them only because they wear kilts, but that is how I found them in the first place. Too bad.

EDIT: Just checked over at their site, and there's a whole thread on the subject of whether or not they're going to wear kilts, etc.

I missed that one.

7N does not have that on their tour schedule.
I still stand by that it is the exception to the rule on this years tour.
I would also like to point out what 7N uses to promote themselves from the The State Theatre's own webb site:

I have seen 2 shows of 7N since they turned into "a road-hardened rock 'n' roll machine". I have followed 7N since they were Clan Na Gael. Their music became run of
mill pop music about the time they quit wearing kilts. When musicians
try to distance themselves from their roots I find their music suffers. Just my 2 cents.
