wow, got so excited i forgot to add text.
Gents, welcome to the forum.
There are a few others here from the Boston area. So lets plan on April 6 for starters. Then welcome (Kilted KT) in June.
I believe Andrew works at the Sunset Grille in Brighton. (correct me if i am wrong Andrew) and that is a great place with a huge variety of beer.
If he is working we could show him some solidarity. If he is off, we could meet anywhere. The John Harvards brew pub in Cambridge is a favorite.
Bring your kilted friends, and your favorite girl too..
A pub crawl would be great craik to.

Has any contacted Boston PD yet? I'm sure a small army of kilts roaming the town in search of a good pint will cause quite a stir.

Notifying the BPD would be a big mistake. Probably a few of their pipers would want to join us, and you know how Irish cops can get when they're drinking. Inviting the BFD on the other hand,.....well, that might be a mistake too.

The pubs listed so far sound good. JP has a couple nice pubs too, but a bit off the beaten path. The Brendan Behan Pub is a good spot as is James' Gate. Shay's in Harvard Sq has a good atmosphere too, but they pour a lousy pint of Guiness. Let's not forget Doyle's in JP either. That place is a landmark, and the food is good.
