I'm no techie but I think the problem is in the browser being used. I can see it just fine.
Great pic, the kilt fits the scenery perfectly.

I just opened the thread in Explorer and firefox, and the picture came up fine them as well.

Pic didnt work for me either - tried pthe IE & Firefox & dont have a firewall... hhhmmm.....

I use Netscape, and the pic was posted with it. But I also have IE and Firefox. Perhaps I should repost with one or both of them.
