That is what I thought too, but ordered it how UK said to. I can't fix it nor get it shortened. I am disappointed. My black survival is that way too. No wonder more people call it a dress or skirt.
It is uncomfortabel now even wearing it as as high as I do. I just wish I had a chance to really try one on and get it fitted right.

The same thing happened to me when I got my UtiliKilt. I’m going to order the next size shorter when/if I get another.
