Nice pictures, and that is a beautiful kilt. I think you will find wearing a kilt out in public is really not difficult. People will stare, but you get used to it. You will even get compliments which usually leads to some great conversations with strangers who would otherwise not even notice you.
You look very nice! The kilt becomes you. Your a natural! Congratulations on your first outing.
