I do wear it around the station house, and the Program Manager has zero issue with me wearing it on the bus, but I know the reactions I get when I am not a work, and I think it would be difficult for me to get a patient history, or provide care if the family or patient is saying. "What in the He!!"
Well in the UK I would find it not to easy on the front line, but I now work at the station all the time on "make ready"
