Loopholes are fun!
hmm...you need to start talking to the bar managers out here...that would go over great, although I think I am the only regularly kilted patron around.

Heck, they wouldn't listen to me. I can't even walk into a bar yet...

On Kilts Nights in Vancouver. Doolin's offers the first Guinness on the house to anyone in a kilt.

I frequently go to the Kilt & Caber pub in Calgary, always in a kilt. The only day that I got a free drink was Burn's day in 2005. I've suggested that they give kilted patrons their first drink for free, but so far they've not taken me up on it. Maybe that's why you never see kilts in there.

Keegan's Irish Pub in Minneapolis does a kilt night on the last Saturday of every month, and offers a free pint of Guinness (your first of the night), to anyone who shows up kilted. It's a nice little pub, one of those that was built in Ireland, then shipped here to the States in pieces, then reassembled.
