I cannot think of the first women or girl, much less one half my age, asking me about the kilt. Either I have off bounds tattoed to my forehead, or something is terribly wrong.
Women aquantences, dates etc of friends have made coments, all polite, none of them suggestive. But I can safely say I have not been hit on in a kilt.

Methinks that you need to change your way of thinking just as you needed to change your way of thinking about the kilt.
I am a very happily married man today and have been for the last 18 years and would never think of dishonoring my vows, however, that being said I will tell you that teasing the girls is not a sin.

If you choose to be stoic and avoid eye contact with your fellow human beings you're missing out on the very best part of life. I look upon the pretty little lasses as small bits of fluff for the amusement of men just as I would if I were admiring the other vistas of life like maybe the sights at the Grand Canyon or an exotic bird or even a Canary. Why overlook the beautiful things in life?

    Great story, GlassMan!

I've been hit on by a couple lasses as a direct result of wearing the kilt. I find it amusing.

Happy Days G.M. and it's always good to know you've still got it. I must echo the sentiment that the kilt has never hurt my appeal to the lasses. It's the Sean Connery fans that dig it. Dang I wish that restaraunt was in queensland...

Like my wife has always told me: I'm married, not dead. She'll start worrying when I stop noticing the pretty young things. (I just do it discretely )

My wife has exactly the same attitude. She thinks the reactions I get in my kilt are rather humourous.
