imho...too long...too short....looks odd both ways.
And to say it less political correct...anything longer as middle kneecap looks really dreadful

Touching top kneecap really looks best and is the way to wear a kilt...why are people reluctant to show a bit of knee? :confused:

Both my UKs are extra-shorts, and both hit dead on the top of the knee. But the customer rep was suprised at the length when I ordered my second, he thought it was to short for my height. I guess they put more stock in the kneel-and-measure method.

Agreed, Robin. Some of the guys with long kilts look like they're wearing hostess skirts.
