I was going to order a kid's kilt from www.kiltstore.net

They had a kilt for my 5 year olf son for $45 cdn and in a family tartan. The only reason I am debating it now, is that before kiltstore used to offer free shipping for orders over $50, not that has been raised to $200. When I asked them about it, the response I got was a list of other products I could order to put my bill over $200. Thanks, but I was capable of doing that myself!!!! Morons.....

$21 shipping (that's post) on a $45 item doesn't work for me.
