I unfortunately did not, however, it might be a bit difficult to get a decent picture. From a few feet away, it's pretty much undetectable. The "tartan" is made of slight variations texture. When I get a replacement, I will try to post some pictures to show it.
The color is closest to carmel duck, or perhaps pumpkin. It's a light to mid weight wool I would say, but I've nowhere near enough experience to guess a weight.
I'm not sure how one would dress it up to formal, it would most likely end up looking like wearing carhartt work pants with a tuxedo, so I plan on wearing it as a casual kilt.
I think it looks best with a black belt and sporran, so I will need to go ahead and buy a casual black sporran, and some black leather boots, and some new kilt hose, and a black kilt belt, and, and, and...
