It's the same here. My logo design ability is below kindergarten level. If it was a landscape design then I'd be all over it. Remember these two great words of wisdom: Don't Panic!
Just have two pretty obvious ideas, can't sketch them though.
First is a reindeer with a full rack, front view, head and rack down ready to butt, with a his right front leg wrapped around a rugby football.
The other idea is a front end view of a rugby football that has sprouted a full rack of reindeer horns.
