Kilts should be able to go anywhere pants can go. Go, enjoy.
Before I quit wearing pants I noticed that after I'd been wearing kilts for a while and put on a pair of pants I felt more exposed in public.
To me, kilts seem like the more modest garment since they cover so much.
Pants seem to leave me exposed more.
We men, not being raised in skirts and dresses like women are just aren't used to the opening at the bottom of kilts and seem to fear some sort of exposure from it. But how often have we ever seen a woman exposed in a skirt or a dress. It just doesn't happen.
Once we get used to kilts they are a much more modest garment than pants.
