Tartan..what it does for me...

Ties me back to a family spanning hundreds of years, with great accomplishments and proud warriors

Prevents me from lazily lurking in the shadows, keeps me on my toes.

Allows me to be myself, and to stand out when I don't want to be one of the sheep in the herd.

Gives me a sense of pride, knowing that the tartan kilt not only represents my family, it also represents the proud heritage of a strong people.
