I think I'm wearing my kilts at the right length, if not too long (UK mediums a tad too long for traditional, but OK for contemporary, new Sport Kilt is just about perfect). I have this issue too, even with the Stillwaters that hit me mid knee. No matter how carefully I 'sweep' even a elaborate less than gracefull two handed proceedure, I still have to deal with the possibility of my boys touching down in strange (un-sanitary) places! And I don't have a 'bubble-butt' a snake has more *** than me! When I started wearing kilts, I usally went regemental, but as I wear them more, and to more different places, this issue has got me wearing something under them most of the time.
