    Thats not a kilt by this definition. but are a few other modern kilts by this def?
    This is from dictionarys .com
    "A knee-length skirt with deep pleats, usually of a tartan wool, worn as part of the dress for men in the Scottish Highlands."

    Are ther any old threads "define a kilt?"
