Great pics, although I'd wear the sporran a bit higher. Lucky for all of us that is a decision that is up to the wearer!

How is that SWK nylon sporran treating you? I'm thinking about getting one and would like some opinions of it...

I, too, have been pondering one - as with most sporrans on the web, the pictures don't really show all of the details.

Where all of the pockets are, for example, or even with a ruler or other object there to show scale.

More pictures of it would be greatly appreciated.

I am most curious about their claim to conceal a 9mm pistol in this sporran. I drive from Oklahoma to Massachusetts and back at least once a year, and would love to have my pistol along for the ride. Some of the places I go through are a bid shady, and remind me of several bad scenes from 'Deliverance'.

    Hey guys,

The new sporran is really nice, and will probably become my most used sporran. It is about the right height when I adjusted it, but it got pushed down by that pink accessory on my back!

I will post some pics and more details later. I did post a review of the kilt in the general advice section, with some details about the sporran. Will post a separate thread with pics tonight when I get home and access to my camera.

Isn't it just great we all try to help eachother with ideas and advise?

When I post a picture I'm always grateful when my peers point out something can be improved. I don't see it as "kilt police".

    Good advise is always welcome

I though that the kilt police were the only ones allowed to do a kilt check without a warrant?

That tartan is great. I am growing to like the neutral colored tartans more and more. I'll put that one in the cue behind the other 4 or 5 I want!

About the hose. . . ah, whatever. I think it looks fine, although I prefer mine up high, but that's just because I like the feel of the pulled up hose. I have always liked my socks high. But it looks fine with them pushed down, so do what's comfortable.
