thanke ye kinde sirs!
I live in Minneapolis, I just made a black cotton kilt and a tartan kilt in 11oz wool...I got interested in kilts through a History Day project. I am adopted and I am part Scottish, French and African American. I speak French and English, and I lived in Southern Africa for 8 years...I like Brazilian Jiu- Jitsu, Mountain Biking- singlespeed and freeride, Traditional Archery, 89.3 The Current, kilts etc...girls...... I am thinking about starting a podcast, but i am not so sure about that one...I wear my kilt when i feel like it, mabye 3 times a week...The first time i wore it i went "commando" and i had the kilt lifted, a little embarassing...
I am planning on making another kilt, so i will be buying The Art of Kiltmaking!

Welcome, dearie. Not too many girls around here (I think I'm the youngest at 29) but once you start wearing a kilt, you'll notice certain flocking behaviors in the birds, as they say!

Great to have another traditional archer here.
I am a traditional acher as well and I,m sure ther are others on the board
The trad archery community is very much like the kilted community in that we are both fiercely independent, make our decisions based on something more important than current fashion and societal expectations, and often make our own gear. It's a great match
