you are not the only one who thinks it is odd. just last week a memo went out, changing the dress policy here. Open-toed sandals are now allowed. The ban on lycra/spandex has been lifted, and appropriate hosiery is no longer required. And, of course, kilts are still only allowed for special occasions.
hmmm...need more special occasions..where did Pour1Malt's calendar thread go?
