I'm sure we will all mourn your losses...

Your buying of kilts isn't "ending," it's entering a temporary hiatus, during which you can give protracted, detailed thought to your next kilt purchase. Stretch out the decision making process - traditional versus non-traditional, choice of fabric, possibly choice of tartan, select features (pockets, buttons, straps) if non-traditional, compare prices, read reviews of what people already own - drag out the entire process as long as you can.
Congratulations and good luck!

Congratulations on the new job. I wish you all the best. While moths might like suits they love kilts. Please take the necessary precautions.

Way to go Rex! Is this your first bank employment? I work for a bank, too. Its not a bad industry to work in. But you have to be prepaired for mergers and consolidations. Is your new employer that "fraction" bank ;)

My congratulations as well. And as another bank employee (international bank), you might find that wearing a kilt daily is not all that far fetched an idea.

Well, in fact, it very well may be that fraction bank, though I haven't disclosed that to my present employer yet. My soon-to-be-former employer traffics in annuities and insurance, so the bank is not that great a leap, either figuratively or literally (it is just across the street, actually).
As for mergers and such, well, I'm not too worried. I'm learning to not mind change so much these days. Though I'm the sort of guy who tends to depend on the corporate teat, I seem to have something people are willing to pay me for (for now).

Yes, a TFCK suit is on my list, but waaaaay down somewhere beyond my third tank, likely to be a handmade, custom woven 13oz wool tartan (talk about delayed gratification!).
