I'm still seeing a lot of ads in IE this morning. One: it looks very disjointed with the there and two: some look like ads for websites that may be for competitors. Also godaddy has their name displayed in a couple of places. If you are paying for it then there should be NO ads. I also agree with the comments about frames. If you want navigation on every page then use a simple javascript or dhtml menu builder and put it on each page. You can find them free on a lot of sites if you just google those words. You can also easily put the navigation links at the bottom of each page since you don't really have a lot of pages involved.
This also reminds me that I have to update several of the sites I have done to make sure they are up with the latest FF software. Good luck with the site and the business - it will evolve over time.
