In the old days we used to call non-completing students "drop-outs" but today, we realize many people are "stop-outs". Ok - so it took you a while to get there - the point is you have completed your efforts and accomplished your goal.
My sincere CONGRATULATIONS on on your graduation - you are an inspiration and a reminder to us all that its never too late to follow your dreams!
