    Rob,

The in-laws were in town, so I did the trip solo. Probably worked out for the best, if you see how bad the mud was. Although there was a little girl (4-6 years old?), a daughter of one of the athletes, who was having the best time running back and forth through her own little mud puddle behind the clan tents. Heathbar, Barclay, and myself were laughing because she would run full speed through the puddle and stop on the side closest to us where the hill began, then turn around and run right back through. She must have done this for a couple of hours! She was covered in mud, but she was having fun! I will post a picture later of some adults enjoying the mud. I think they were practicing the lost art of Irish Mud Dancing while listening to Albannach.

Those would be The Misfits, a band of Albannach maniacs. Can't wait to see the pictures!

Scotland Yard is showing $32.00 for the sweathshirts, but not showing the same color as I bought in a sweathsirt.

I LOVE your new-found enthusiasm, KCW!! It is good to witness, but I can see I'll have to look to my laurels.

Many thanks too for the links regarding the brown hose. I have quite a few pairs from Gaelic Themes, but have never seen them in brown - a colour I love and one which goes so well with a number of my kilts. I bought a pair in Edinburgh several years ago but I do not remember where, and there was no maker's label attached to them - I've been treating them like gold-dust ever since! Now I must check out Gaelic Themes again.

Is this one a Hamish pose or a John Travolta pose? That's a really great shirt.
