Kilt Do's and Don'ts

While I think it is a skirt and not a kilt, I have to point out that it is actually a very high priced skirt sold by Neiman Marcus and this pic is from their online catalog. I am looking for the link (I have posted it here before), but they are a client of ours and I know this is from their catalog.

And if I recall, the price was @ $500US!
