I would love to see the program, it sounds very interesting.
In terms of shine, not meaning to be too disagreeable, the best I've ever had was done in Jack Daniels barrels and had the slightest hint of brown color to it, odor I'm not sure, it's been a while since I had it, but it was incredible.
As for Scotch, it is a taste I am beginning to aquire.Thanks to Prester John, I've had a chance to become somewhat familiar with Lagavulin, it's just too bad I'm not independently wealthy!
