Yes, I DID label it as "a skirt being returned to owner after alterations" and put the value at $0 as per your request. Happy to hear it got thru customs and you didn't get hit with VAT and other taxes. If anyone else needs this type of discription when ordering overseas, let me know and I'll hook you up too!
One thing to remember... DO NOT use fabric Softener while washing it. It takes the teflon out and makes the material "floppy" over time.
Hmmm. After seeing Ron's new USA Casual and Hamish's new kilt, I've decided I need a new kilt for my birthday. USA Casual in Ireland's National. In fact, I think I'll order it tomorrow. Happy Birthday to me.
