Who's the Kiltie in Owings Mills, Md

I passed a car bearing the bumper sticker, "Real Men Wear Kilts" and tried to get his attention but he was evidently watcching traffic and not others. I was driving my companies service truck when I passed him at Owings Mills blvd and Reisterstown road. OK.....fess up. who was it. I have to get a sticker for the truck that says Kilted. thanks.

Kim & I pulled-up behind a lady at a stop sign two blocks from our house last weekend. Across the entire back window of her Suburban was the same sticker, but we were unable to get her attention too. As well, that was here in Utah.

I see a handful of Scottish Lion license plates around here in TN. I always want to look and see who's driving the car, or even talk to them. I hear students who study abroad come back with stickers and license plates for their cars ...
