That is a beautiful tartan, Ham. That is a stunning kilt pin. I didn't realize just how good it looks until seeing on these excellent photos. My complements on the well shined boots in the casual photo, and the well shined shoes in the dress photo.

A fine tartan indeed Ham. I'm anxious to see their other tartan. The name escapes me now. THe one they snuck the swatch in with your kilt pin? Was it "Brittany Walking?" That sounds right... Anyhow, I'm looking forward to seeing that. That tartan is so warm.

Very, very nice! If you can only find a shirt which matches that green stripe, that would really set it off!

    Ham, great kilt.

Question popped into my head . . . who takes these wonderful snaps of you?

[Also, I asked you a question in another thread "new corduroy kilt", but I think you must have missed it . . . about getting kilts from USA to UK and tariffs etc.]

Ham, I can see your dilemna. A striking tartan, but the colors are not part of the normal pallette of tartans. The formal look works very well with the Gray jacket and green tie, but I can feel your pain in trying to put together an informal outfit. I am reticent to wear a white shirt for informal occasions for the same reasons. However, I think a Carolina blue shirt (check the UNC web site) would be smashing. It looks like it would match that tartan perfectly. If not, based on the pic, I would think that an oatmeal shirt and hose would match well with the tartan where the black and white cross. It is a minor color, but very apparent.
