So, I think I'm wearing my kilts at the right length, .

... sometimes when I sit, my private bits graze the seat over the rear hem, despite care in smoothing out the pleats as I go. Does that mean that I'm just a bubble butt, or is that part of the thrill of the kilt?
I have the same issue w/ UK's occasionally. Bubble but and wearing the kilt too high (i.e. belt to tight causes it to ride up an inch or so, then when I sweep / sit---- COLD CHAIR, COLD CHAIR !!). Try wearing it an inch lower or just tugging it down (like the Picard maneuver) just before you sweep to sit.
