    He's an independant thinker. Like guys that wear Kilts when most everyone else wears pants.

    he is oor friend who wuz also the musician for the evenin Ceilidh/reception pairty... so he dressed maire casually...

    boots and scrunched doon hose is the common 'casual' kilt look roon here...
