Mike, great pics as usual. And a colleague and I were having the same discussion about the age of "old" buildings/structures in the US vs the other side of the pond. Here, if it was built in the 1800's (even as late as 1899), it is considere very old. Yet in the UK and the rest of Europe there are buildings that go back to the 1100's or earlier. No comparison. I wince every time I see a nice old home (even if its just 50 years old) torn down to make room for a new McMansion.
