We are going to be at 100 F the next two days with humidity between 70% and 50%. Hardly any breeze at all. You see very few people outside. Everyone is staying inside in the air conditioning. We are expecting this to continue on through next Friday, and the National Weather Sevice has issued a heat warning for our area. I can't imagine being outside in trousers or shorts in this weather.

We hit 108F in my part of Utah yesterday & as I type this message at 10:00am today it's already 101.7F

Think I might drag the family up the canyon & pan for gold in the creek to cool off.

    Today:
    99 F
    80% Relative Humidity
That feels hot (and quite sweaty)

AND I wore my first "homemade kilt"-> about 16 oz wool Blackwatch 5 yard sidepleat, T shirt, cotton kilt hose (green with navy flashes), and modern gillies. I was helping move a piano, 2 sofas/couches, a bed set, and some chairs.

I was the most comfortable of the 4 moving the piano.

Cool front came thru last night. It rained cats and dogs. I know, cause I stepped in a poodle! Ha! that's a knee slapper every time. Today I got to work for a customer that sells Ice Cream. Only 30 below zero in the cooler. Still sweatin' my **** off because of the humidity in the building. My wife has told me to stop sweating on the keyboard. 85 degrees at 21:00 eastern time. I just hung one ac unit and will buy another this weekend. I don't mind the heat because you don't have to shovel it.

Played golf on Tuesday with my senior golf group. The temperature hit 100 deg F for the first time this year, accompanied by the usual Virginia humidity. Went through 4 half liter bottles of water in 3 and a half hours and never needed a potty break.

    Note to self:

The leather kilt is gonna be the only one what gets boxers worn underneath.
    Comfort over speed and manuevering.
