Two of my lines go back to Ireland...certainly they branch out from there, but I don't have that info yet....so that's one reason I went with the "generic" Irish tartan, Ireland's National...covers them all, even before I know who they are...

And the Ireland's National is a great tartan!

Now I am looking at Buccleuch, Cladish, and Stewart (M/Navy)! Need to expand my wardrobe colors!

That's what I started doing recently... I found that I have a LOT of black t shirts, so I'm trying to buy tartans with a bit more black in them.

OK, its official, I'M IN! Just got off the phone with Rocky and have ordered the Cladish and Stewart (Modern Navy) in the casual model. I can't wait for them to arrive. And for those who want to see the tartan, here we go!

    Cladish:

KT, I am sure that Rocky will chime in, but he did say 2 weeks in the original post on 7/14, so you should still have a few days. I have found giving him a call is a great way to get things done quickly. It just goes faster to have a live discussion than to trade 4-6 emails, and then still have to call to provide credit card info.

Just gave them a call. Apparently they must be taking a little R&R and are out of the shop till tomorrow. Just wanted to pass that along incase anyone else was planning and giving them a ring.

It's been so hot I had to order an Irish National today, just so I won't die in Phoenix. I'm hoping they are as comfortable as Ron says. I'll report back after the next weekend. O'Neille
