Simple economics guys, put together an order at a price that makes Jeff more money than all that IT work and we get him back.

Jeff, if you read this, and it works, you know how to get in touch!

I have to say that I am glad to hear you all like his work. It was a lot of the insperation for me making my kilts. Just use everything from his site and dig into making one for your self. It really is worth it in the end. I have now made four kilts, two that are two tone like the PKs and they really aren't that hard to do.

    Sunflash,

I love the black and white kilt! The PK lives on in spirit.

SF is right, I'm inspired by PK, Alan H. and numerous others.
The Elephant kilt is going to be my first project starting this week.
Definitely in true two-tone PK style.

cool.....if I remember correctly, Jeff from PK had mice or rats as pets too.
I'm wondering if Sunflash isn't some long lost family member of Jeff's?

    Nice work again Sunflash!

    Really inspiring stuff.

Sunflash has a real artists ability to make something original whilst retaining elements of traditional design, plus they are combined with elegance.

I think I am jelous. (ie - must use that idea)

I did think that slightly shaping the heavier material would be good, keeping the 'outer' fold line straight, but extending the lower edge of the strip maybe up to one inch so it makes the lower part of the kilt look heavier.
