Is there a need for a low-cost kilt roller?

I have a design idea for a low-cost kilt carrier. Somewhere around $20 or so. Is there any need for something like this?

I have a full priced one, and used to use a towel and a leg from pantyhose/tights, but I would be very interested, in case I need to take 2 kilts.
