Actually, it looks suspiciously like the kilt in P1M's signature

Cool idea, and the website is a hoot.

To actually be called a "kilt" shouldn't he at least simulated pleats on the part that would go around your backside?

Otherwise it's just a plaid skirt!

...and of course we'll have a new twist on the old Stillwater question:

"...I was thinking about buying an instakilt but I'm not sure if the 30" length is right for me...I'm 5'10" and weigh 160 with a waist size of........."

It looks like they'll do a cracking business around Fathers' Day, eh?

    Best

I think this guy is selling them as a novelty so don't get too bent out of shape about what they are called. I think I will get one for when I get out of the shower or pool!

My comments were "tongue in cheek", no offense was meant. I think it is a clever novelty.

    I admire his ingenuity!

    Clever idea.

But if anyone buys 65 of these things and then claims they have more kilts than Hamish...

Sure Hank! Next you'll be telling us that the "See you Jimmy" hats are not actually proper headwear and that they are a "novelty"

I may order one today. I have a month left before the pool is closed down for fall, so I will get a bit of use still.

I'm gonna show it (the towel) to my friend. I hope she'll like it and want to get one for herself and one for me!
Go, have fun, don't work at, make it fun! Kilt them, for they know not, what they wear. Where am I now?

    Beat me to it!

those things are pretty funny, and I just wish I'd come up with the idea so I could be making a mint on 'em.
