Pardon my Newbie Density...
I am a bit foggy on this t-shirt thing...
Do I order an X-Marks shirt from Mr. Bill? or is there an "official" X-Marks order proceedure? or???

Not at present. If something becomes available, there will be a forum announcement.
To all of the individuals that are still waiting on their shirts to be delivered, my only suggestion is to keep up trying to contact Bill. I've sent him a Private Message, asking him to clear up this misunderstanding, but I've not heard anything back from him.
