Just wanted to drop a note to you all. Great American Beer Fest was in Denver this past weekend. I was there for the Sat tasting in a Lamont ancient from Mr. Newsome. It was great to see at least 20 other men properly kilted, tartan and casual. The event normally allows only one ounce tastes. It must have been the kilt but my tastes were always larger. This really is a great chance to taste many beers not normally available. I would encourage anyone to make the trip.

HOW'D I MISS THAT? Last weekend would have been great to head up there, right after I got off work at 10 am. Instead I was forced to go home and open the single malt.

My samples tat the single malt tasting in Estes kept getting larger as I talked with the pourer.
