Turpins right, Ron is probably going to be the best one stop source to check these out, though I don't think he has Buccleuch yet. I stand corrected, that's on Page 2

Let me suggest the Fraser Hunting. It's not on Rocky's web site but during his special a couple months ago he brought in a few yards of it. For something really different from the others it's worth a look. But when you mentioned something fuller...This kilt is fuller and heavier than my Gordon modern Casual. I've really enjoyed wearing it with Blue, Green or Red shirts and could even get away with kahki probably. Here's a pic. You can't see the green under the office florecents but in natural light it really pops out.

Just back home from a run up the mountain to Flagstaff
Don't have a Gordon Modern yet (how'd I miss that one with my strong Gordon line?)

Do have the Buccleuch which Rocky warned me has a smaller sett than most tartans. I still like it. Predominate colors are dark green and dark brown with black background and single white strip.

And, I have the Scotland's National, which is hard to get a good pic of for the colors I think. In person, the Red and white are more pronounced than in pics I think.

Those two I have in casual model.

The Thomson Gray I had done in a semi-traditional style.

The colors come through pretty well on it...Lots of gray.

There are more pics of all three of these USA Kilts in my galleries. Hope that helps somehow.

Bet you'll be pleased, whichever tartan you start with and you'll wind up like me with 13 USA Kilts...

Now you've got me thinking about that Gordon Dress, only have the Gordon modern, weathered Gordon, and red Gordon....
