Cold Weather Kilting?

Steve pretty much covered it.

I wore kilts through last winter (down to about 30 degrees F or so) and had no problem w/ kilt hose and the kilt. Felt fine.

And at least one can still pee quite easily, unlike the little boy who gets all bundled up to go play in the snow and then has to "go." ha ha kilts are good!
