Well this thread isn't really the place to debate the perceived problems with ebay as a whole but it is possible to have bad feedback cancelled if you contact them and explain the situation.
And you only get a star the first time you buy from an individual seller - they show the total feedback separately if you look at feedback but I don't think its fair if you buy one item from several different suppliers when you get a star for each and no extra stars if you buy several items from the same supplier.
