Revised Forum Rules - Take Note

The rules of this forum are unlike many other forums where I have posted, they are unique to this one in some ways.

We want more than just the rules and guidelines to be unique. We want the entire forum to be unique. There would be little to accomplish here, if we're no different from the 'other guys'.

On some forums the "rules" are just guidelines that are not enforced.

Well, we considered changing the name to Anarchists-R-Us, but decided to stick with what we have.
