Cantles???

I found an eBay seller (of course) that sells some OK ones, they drop ship from Pakistan, from what I can tell, and from the seller comments the shipments are none too reliable....

That is why I am looking for more.....

perhaps someone here that can cast metal would do well to offer some......

This guy makes historic-type cantles, that actually function (they have front and back pieces, and actually open and close, unlike modern cantles which are just a decorative piece attached to the front of the sporran):

I have seen a lot of these cantles on some more expensive sporrans....

Might be a nice way to spruce up an existing sporran.....

Just recieved a price list from ClanArt.

They informed my that they really don't sell to the public, but due to the nature of their new website, they are opening up the market...

Anyway.... From what I can see the least expensive cantle is 52 pounds, plus 20% shipping and handling.....
