I'm Roman Catholic, and wear my kilt to church often, and was married in my church in a kilt. I've never recieved a negative reaction from anyone.

I wear a kilt every Sunday, and I'm one of the church ushers.
I don't know about All Souls Day, but certainly on St. Andrew's Day.
I'll be wearing my kilt to the Kirk'n at our church (Presbyterian) on November 18. We are having a Haggis Lunch after the service.
