If Mr. Halford can pull off three tartans on one outfit he must have...err...that is to say he embodies that quality of...err...let's say that this fellow has...hmmm...bother ...what I'm trying to say is that someone who can pull off three tartans in one outfit must have the panache *of Hamish!
