    That's different :confused: , but I don't see how that's a mans kilt. A 36" waist with 30" length, how tall do you have to be to wear that?

    Sounds like a woman's kilted skirt. Men's kilts usually don't use buttons for fastening. It also is a bit long.

    In the early 70's I had a skirt which was all wool, pleated all round and reversible, it was green/yellow one side and red/brown the other.

    It would have been about 30 inches long, 'midi' length.

    It was ruined when a 'helpful' house guest put it into the washing machine, with very hot water, along with a gorgeous white sweater and some other items which needed hand washing.

    I had washed the skirt many times before, using cold water, and it always looked smart for work.
