I did the Universal Life online ordination a while back for fun but then it doesnt get me very far here in the UK as being clergy (unless of the established Church of England) does not give you the status of registrar.

I have no idea if there is a definition of entitlement to wear the clergy tartan upon such a basis as you cite, most clergy have to study for years and have their vocation tested by others of the ordaining organisation. Clicking on a website and being told you are ordained by a computer, well there's no comparison.

For me it's a bit like Bonhoeffer's cheap and easy grace.
